All schools and colleges in Greater Manchester were invited to attend with free entry for students and teachers and access to a travel bursary fund. Online resources included a lesson plan, career match quiz, student passport and health and safety information, which removed any barriers ensuring great benefits that last long after the event.

A travel bursary was available to groups visiting the event: £100 – 45 students, £200 – 90 students, £1 bursary for every student over the first 90. This was applicable for educational establishments in Greater Manchester.

The evening opening on Wednesday from 5pm-7pm was open to anyone, but it was particularly relevant for parents and family groups, as it enabled important influencers, to get up-to-date help advice and guidance from the experts at the event.
